Nigeria’s Grammy Award-winning singer Burna Boy has said he will not release a new album until further notice.
The African giant made the statement on his Instagram Page. He spoke two days after collaborating with popular American artist Jon Bellion on a new song titled “I feel it“.
Burna Boy made the statement on his InstaStory days after wowing fans at the Parklife Festival in Manchester, UK. “I might decide NOT to release an album for a long time. In fact, you know what, no album until further notice,” the self-proclaimed African giant wrote.
Burna Boy’s last album, Twice As Tall, which was released in August 2020, earned the singer his first Grammy Award. Reacting to this new development, some fans have taken to their social media pages to give their opinions. While some express their dismay and want to know the reason behind this decision having the effect of a blow to the head, others on the other hand, say that the African giant has been humiliated by Wizkid’s latest project, “Made In Lagos Deluxe“.
